Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

This policy applies to purchases from MP PLATE SDN BHD, registration number 202601019420 (1681517-X), through mpplate.com. Our products include cars and motorcycles stickers, accessories, small size spare parts and tools.

Return and Exchange Eligibility

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Any request for return, refund, or exchange must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item by contacting mpplate@outlook.com with your order details, clear photos or videos, and a description of the issue.

Items may be eligible for review if they are incorrect, damaged on arrival, defective on arrival, or materially different from the product listing.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, installed, cut, altered, scratched, dirty, incomplete, or customer-damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange. Vehicle stickers and adhesive accessories cannot be returned once applied, peeled, trimmed, or used.

Refunds and Exchanges

Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed after we review the evidence and, where required, receive the returned item in suitable condition. Shipping fees may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
